The Drums of Gerald Hurd promises all the punch of a first-class horror story and the sensitivity of a romance.

The Drums of Gerald Hurd beats with the steady, rhythmic drive of a jackhammer on your nerves This is definitely a classic gooseflesh work. L. C. Hayden is a welcomed and refreshing new voice to the horror genre.

Talented L. C. Hayden gives the reader the creeps as the story unfolds and the reader begins to hear those voodoo drums in the background. Not a story to be read if you are staying home alone or you'll find yourself listening and looking out the windows into the dark at strange noises. For a reader who likes the spooky feeling of being watched even though you know you're alone, this is a tale you will enjoy.
